Graduating from Lebanon Valley College with a BS degree in Economics and Business Administration, Rick spent 38 years in the banking industry. Half of those years were spent in executive level management positions. In these positions Rick provided long term strategic direction as well overseeing lending, branch, and operational functions at the banks for which he worked. The last 10 years of his banking career Rick was President and Chief Operating Officer and Senior Lender for Berkshire Bank. He also served on the Board of Directors as well as being an original "Organizer" of the Bank. Rick is a longtime Rotarian serving as President of 3 Rotary Clubs and as District Governor of District 7430 in 2017-2018.
